ShrinkRapt’s unique process is designed for helping professionals who want a website—not a months-long identity crisis.

We start with a brief, no-pressure call to make sure this feels like a good fit. You can ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and decide whether you want to move forward.

You’ll fill out a short intake form and upload practical materials like headshots, fees, and basic information about your practice.

We’ll discuss your work, your values, and what drew you to this field. My goal here isn’t to “brand” you, but to draw upon my expertise as a journalist and a clinician to listen closely and pull out the language, stories, and emphasis that tend to get lost when therapists try to write about themselves.

Using the interview, intake materials, and my background in editing and storytelling, I’ll create a complete first draft of your website.

You’ll have a chance to review the draft and request one round of focused revisions. This is your opportunity to adjust tone, clarify details, or make sure the site feels authentic — without getting pulled into endless tweaking!

At the end of the process, you’ll have a complete, functional website, full access to your content so you can continue refining it over time, and everything you need to manage your site going forward.

What we offer is simple: A beautiful, professional website that distills your lived experience and values as a therapist into clear, professional public language.
Our basic package includes:
Home page (overview of your practice and approach)
About page (your background, values, and clinical focus)
Services page (areas of focus, populations, and logistics)
Fees & insurance page (rates, payment, and policies)
Contact page (secure contact form and basic next steps)
The package also includes:
A 45-minute interview to gather your story and priorities
Custom-written first-draft copy based on that interview
Simple, professional layout in Squarespace
One round of focused revisions
A launch-ready handoff so you can continue updating the site yourself
What does ShrinkRapt cost?
Our basic package costs $1,500.
For this fee, you’re getting an interview-based website process designed to help you move from stuck to launched. You’ll receive a clear, ready-to-use site with five pages (see above) and one round of revisions. Half the fee will be due in the beginning of the process, and half will be due at the end.
This fee also includes start-up expenses and costs associated with running the website itself, such as the domain name and the platform subscription.
What makes ShrinkRapt different is my background: I’m a Bay Area therapist and former journalist who spent years as a digital editor, helping people turn complex ideas into clear, readable language. I now bring that same editorial approach to working with therapists who feel stuck trying to describe their work.
In short: I know what you do, I know how to tell your story, and I know how to package it into a beautiful, unique website.
What makes ShrinkRapt special?
What is your turnaround time?
My standard turnaround time for the basic package is three weeks from the time of your free consultation call to the time we launch your website. Faster turnaround time may be available by request, but subject to a rush rate.
The total time commitment on your end will be about three hours—including the free 15 minute consultation, the short intake form, the 45 minute call, and reviewing Draft 1 of your website. Delays on your end are, of course, out of my control.
