ShrinkRapt provides editorial website design and related creative services. By engaging ShrinkRapt or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

Services

ShrinkRapt offers website design, copy development, and optional add-on services such as simple logo or wordmark design. All services are creative and editorial in nature.

Services do not include ongoing marketing, SEO guarantees, hosting management beyond initial setup, or full branding/identity development unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Process & Timeline

Typical turnaround for the standard package is approximately three weeks from the initial consultation to website launch, assuming timely completion of the intake form, interview, and feedback.

Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the timeline.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A 50 percent deposit is required to begin work

  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final draft

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Revisions

The standard package includes one round of revisions to the initial website draft. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials

  • Ensure that any content, images, or claims you provide are lawful and appropriate for your profession

  • Review drafts in a timely manner

ShrinkRapt is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided content.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain rights to the final website content created for you. ShrinkRapt retains the right to display the work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of ShrinkRapt.

No Guarantees

ShrinkRapt makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, client acquisition, search engine rankings, or revenue. Website effectiveness depends on many factors beyond design and copy.

Limitation of Liability

ShrinkRapt’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. ShrinkRapt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
